JUDr. Marek Šabík has been practicing law since 2016. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava (B.Sc., M.Sc., JUDr.) and passed the bar exams with honors. In his practice, he focuses mainly on commercial law, civil law and tax law. At the Kaduc & Partners law firm, he focuses primarily on the protection of the rights of tax subjects in connection with tax audits and assessment of tax or the difference in tax to clients. The office also provides legal services in other areas of law, such as intellectual property law and criminal law, especially in the defense of clients suspected of committing specific crimes, such as tax crimes, crimes against legal entities, crimes committed in the Internet environment, and others.
