JUDr. Laura Michaličková graduated from the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava (B.Sc., M.Sc.). She passed the rigorous exam at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava. He specializes in specific disputes in the field of family law and litigation, where it is necessary to provide legal services with an extremely humane, sensitive, but at the same time extremely emphatic approach. In the field of family law, he focuses primarily on proceedings related to the adjustment of parental rights and obligations to minor children, represents clients in divorce proceedings and especially on the related property settlement of spouses. He also has experience in proceedings for the denial of paternity of a minor child, as well as in extraordinary measures between spouses due to physical violence by one of them.
