“The deeply human and professional communication of the entire team of the law firm impresses the client from the first contact and gives him a sense of trust and confidence in the quality of the legal services provided.”
As one of the forms of co-ownership, community of property is created by marriage. The name itself suggests that its conceptual feature is that it is shareless, where the degree of participation of the spouses in the common property is not expressed in shares. Each spouse has a right of ownership over the whole property, which is limited by the other spouse’s equal right of ownership.
The duration of the community of property is linked to the duration of the marriage. In certain circumstances, the community of property may be dissolved even during the marriage.
Upon the dissolution of the marriage, the community of property of the spouses also ceases to exist. After the dissolution of the community of property, the matrimonial property shall be settled. The settlement of the community of property is a comprehensive solution in which all the property relations between the former co-owners are settled.
The settlement of the community of property constitutes a significant interference in the spouses’ property sphere, which may entail various complications and inconveniences and thus prolong the entire settlement process. There are several ways of settling the community of property, but our law firm prefers settlement by agreement as a less costly and less time-consuming form. If settlement by agreement is not possible, Kaduc & Partners is ready to help you settle your community property by court.
