JUDr. Tomáš VRANOVIČ

ADVOCATE

JUDr. Tomáš Vranovič has been working as an attorney-at-law since 2002. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava in 1998. In 2002, he founded his law firm, which he successfully built and handed over to his successors in 2013.

From 2010 to 2012, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO of the state-owned company Slovenská konsoliddačná, a.s. Subsequently, in 2013, he was appointed by the Minister of Justice of the Slovak Republic to the position of court bailiff. During his career, he was a representative of the Slovak Chamber of Executors as a presiding judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic. He headed the Executor’s Office until 2022 and returned to the Bar in 2023.

At Kaduc & Partners, he focuses mainly on commercial law, civil law, employment law and enforcement law, where he primarily focuses on legal issues that others shy away from.
